Jack D. Hillman, President

President@oceanstatepmi.org

I was a charter member of the Ocean State Chapter and served as the Chapter's first VP of Administration. In 2001 I assumed the position of Vice President and in 2002 I was elected to the President's position. As President I hope to expand the OSPMI presence in the community, build support for the PMP certification program and help to further develop the chapter's focus on professional development. In the real world, I manage the IT Project Office at Amica Insurance focusing on the training and mentoring of project managers, process adherence, and IT strategic planning. I have worked in various roles within the CIS Department at Amica for thirty years.

Michael J. Stevens, Past President

Past_President@oceanstatepmi.org

I have been a member of OSPMI since its inception; I co-founded the chapter and became its first President (interim) in 1999.  Since then, with the support of a very talented Board of Directors, I have led the effort to firmly establish the chapter and provide as much value as possible to the membership.  I would like to continue leading that effort; there is much yet to do to realize our chapter mission.  As I have in the past, I will continue to draw on my experiences as a Project Manager at Fleet Boston Financial to help guide me in the project of taking the Ocean State Chapter to the next level.

Noreen Litchfield, First Vice President

Vice_President@oceanstatepmi.org

I am currently a Technology Project Manager at FleetBoston Financial in Rhode Island. I have served as VP of Administration of the Ocean State Chapter for two years, and was a charter member of the Chapter. I earned the PMP designation in 2001. I believe my enthusiasm and project management skills can be used to the Chapter's benefit in the role of First Vice President.

Allison Richardson, VP of Programs

VP _Programs@oceanstatepmi.org

I have been a member of OSPMI since its inception; I co-founded the chapter and became its first Vice President of Finance (interim) in 1999 and have also held the VP of Professional Development position. I would like the opportunity now to use the experience I've gained as a chapter officer and focus on the VP of Programs position to continue our organization's mission and continue to bring quality education to our membership.

Barry Blatt, VP of Membership

VP_Membership@oceanstatepmi.org

I have been a member of OSPMI since its inception serving as VP of Membership for two terms. I have earned my PMP this year. Currently I am a Business Technology Project manager for Fleet Capital Leasing. Prior to that I was with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care holding positions that include Project Manager and IT Applications manager.

Steve Kaluzny, VP of Administration

VP_Administration@oceanstatepmi.org

I am a new member of OSPMI, recently completed my PMP certification, and am excited to serve on this year's board. I spent the last 9 years at The Gillette Company, and have recently founded Grace Consulting. I look forward to both sharing my experiences, as well as learning from the OSPMI chapter and board members.

Daniel T. Smith, VP of Finance

VP_Finance@oceanstatepmi.org

As one of the founders of the Ocean State Chapter I have worked to build and improve the Chapter since its inception. First as the VP of Membership, for two years, and then accepting the responsibility for the Chapter's finances as the VP of Finance. It has been a constant, but exciting challenge. After having held the office for two years, I feel there is still more to accomplish and I look forward to another year as your financial guardian. I will continue to work hard to ensure that the financial integrity is maintained and the goals of the Chapter are surpassed. I look forward to the coming year and the improvements that can be initiated to advance the Chapter and make it even more viable within our community. I will work diligently to ensure that communications are timely, accurate and open and I promise to act responsibly and honestly. I look forward to your support throughout the coming year.

April M. Cox, VP of Marketing

I am currently serving as IT Program Manager at Northrop Grumman with over ten years in IT and Project Management. I am looking forward to working with the membership and board of directors to identify new ways to market the group and serve our members. Using my background in IT and web development, I hope to focus this year's attention on improvements in web-based marketing and services.
