Why Sponsor OSPMI?
Ocean State PMI was chartered in 1999 as a professional
development organization for Rhode Island professionals from all areas of industry. As of January of 2004,
the chapter has over three hundred members and four hundred non-members that receive our publications,
attend meetings and benefit from the many services provided by OSPMI.
Our web site receives approximately three thousand page views per month, including over nine hundred unique
visitors. OSPMI efforts are supported by members, volunteers and our sponsors. Take this opportunity to

Meeting Sponsorship $250.00
By far the best value, sponsorship of a
chapter meeting includes the following benefits:
• Sponsor name and advertisement
with web link on the meeting page of the web site for the meeting month (may include web banner or graphic).
• Small button size graphic on
home page for meeting month with reference to meeting sponsorship
• Sponsor information inserted
in email reminders to the membership (2)
• Sponsor may make
information/handouts available to attendees at the meeting

five minute time period to address attendees

The newsletter will be printed in full color to PDF and
distributed monthly to all members and email subscribers via email and web download. Archives are

The banner shown below measures 468 x 60 pixels. The maximum allowed size is 500 x 60 pixels.

The button images below show the allowed dimensions for each of the button categories as well as the
approximate size for the images.
Terms &
Conditions
All advertising is subject to OSPMI approval. Rates,
conditions and space are subject to change without notice. Positioning requests that are not paid for are
not guaranteed. Publisher may reject for any reason those advertisements that are deemed inappropriate or
incompatible with its standard.
Payment terms are Net 30 days after date of invoice.
Requirements
Ads must be submitted electronically and be suitable to print
as-is. Electronic ads must be transmitted via email to our advertising department at least two
weeks prior to publication of newsletters.
Web site graphics will be posted within two weeks of receipt and approval of
graphics.
GIF or JPEG files are accepted, maximum image size as noted on the specifications
listed in each section.
- Animated buttons must be in GIF format and accompanied by a non-animated GIF to be considered
- Infinite looping is allowed
- Alternate text for images: 10 words maximum
